Join our journey in changing the retail agency world to become more data driven. Along with other sales and marketing services, we at WorkShop are providing strategic and tactical analyses to our clients every day and are on a journey to not only work with data but to be fully driven by it.

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Project Manager for our Data & Tech department. The person we a looking for is one with skills in understanding business objectives, organizing and analyzing data to support these objectives, and forming solid insights from the data to present to decision makers in a convincing manner. Furthermore, the person has a broad knowledge of BI methods and tools, along with an interest in tech.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the project lifecycle of business intelligence related projects
• Collaborate with client contacts and internal contacts on supporting data-driven decisions and initiatives and advice on how data can help answer their business questions
• Successfully retrieve, structure, analyze and present client-based operations, activities, and performance such as product training, sellout, campaigns and other KPIs
• Develop input and activation of the existing data input tools to cover the strategic topics in a relevant way
• Identify additional data that is needed, manage the process to gather or buy necessary information

We are looking for

• +3 years experience of working with managing or coordinating business analysis
• Bachelor's Degree (or similar) in economics, computer science, maths, or such
• Advanced skills in working with data in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and experience in other analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI , Tableau)
• Great skills in data communication and visualization
• Good understanding of business and preferably retail execution and sales
• Preferably good understanding on modern data infrastructure, including data warehouse, ETL etc.
• Fluent English and Swedish
• A driven team player, comfortable taking own initiative that are followed through and well communicated

Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement

Working hours: Full time (37,5h)
