Group IT - Infrastructure and Onsite Services is a global unit consisting of approximately 1000 employees and consultants in most of the Volvo Group's locations.
We are now looking for an Business Infrastructure Manager. In this role you will be reporting to Group Trucks Operation Business Infrastructure Line Manager.

GTO Business Infrastructure Management is a global team in charge of GTO infrastructure needs, gathering and prioritizing needs of new development or roll-out of existing services, and ensure each site has the right infrastructure to support its business objectives.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The GTO Business Infrastructure Manager - Factory Workgroup is accountable for coordinating the Factory Workgroup with a structured and consistent agenda, hence insuring the understanding of the key challenges and the achievement of new developments. As such, you participate to some steering committee for key projects of the area.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate the Factory Workgroup?Organize the meetings, agenda, minutes and action plan follow-up
• Collect requirements and manage their prioritization in the Target Infrastructure Map
• Make sure projects from this area have the right pace and prioritization level
• Manage the Industrial HW requests?Manage the request funnel
• Make sure all requester have a decision in a timely manner
• Manage HCL deliverables
• Make sure Industrial product replacement are planned
• Be the business representative for some key projects
• Contribute to business demands collection and prioritization
• Drive business demands regarding infrastructure and EUS in the Volvo Group IT community
• Contribute to Group IT governance and the Infrastructure Portfolios Service Strategy and Design performed by Service Management
• Assist in the development of the IT services roadmaps, demand new features, and specify service levels
• Create awareness of IT Security Policies; raise and follow-up exemption requests
• Drive and coach Client improvements with Service Management
• Establish the roadmap for future support needs for GTO
• Ensure collaboration with Solution Unit PRD
Authority
• Challenge and authorize demands and requests coming from GTO
• Decide which demands and requests coming from your GTO area must be prioritized in case of resources / budget conflict or shortage
• Prioritize and trigger service deployment initiatives for your GTO area, within the strict budget frames

Required competencies
• Relevant university degree
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Strong experience of managing interactions with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of IT Services and Volvo group organization, strategy and objectives
• Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
• Knowledge about the solutions and customers in scope is meriting
• Knowledge about IT Services management is meriting
• Knowledge about GTO organization, stakeholders or solutions is meriting
• Knowledge in the Client and in the Support areas
• Knowledge in VPS
