About the assignment:

Description

The client work continuously with improving the Store Service Desk service together with internal and external stakeholders to provide the highest level of 1st line support. They are expanding their Store Service Desk management team to include a new role.

As a Business Expert your focus will be mainly on training and communication with different languages, cultures and audiences in mind. You will also be an important part of the team and should be able to take on other tasks when needed.

Work tasks:

• Work closely together with the team but also with stakeholders - Global Product teams, Local country teams and our Store Service desk suppliers.
• Create, update and share training and communication material via different channels
• Create and update SharePoint sites
• Hold trainings or coordinate training sessions
• Set up a structured way of working with FAQ, training and communication.
• Contribute to the Service team development and refinement of processes and tools
• Responsible for promoting and utilization of knowledge assets

Mandatory competence and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with business knowledge and tech-understanding. Preferably experience from large agile organization.
• Ability to facilitate constructive communication, training and collaboration between different stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - finding solutions in complex situations and involving and influencing various stakeholders.
• Experience in working in Office365 and in CMS-tools

Preferred personal qualities:

You have a curios mindset and are driven, flexible, pragmatic and able to work in an environment that are not yet formalized. Since you will work with a lot of different stakeholders you should be good building trust and relations and have the ability to take your own initiatives and lead the way - always striving to find the best way forward. It's important that you are fluent in English, oral and written.
