About the assignment:

Description

The client are now looking for a Business expert since they are on the journey to shift their current Product Lifecycle Management system (PLM) to a new modern PLM platform within the Assortment & Product Development- and Sourcing & Production domains.

Work tasks:

• Coordinate product teams and align the requirements for configuration of vendor solution
• Facilitate configuration workshops with product teams and vendor and being a central point of communication with the PLM vendor
• Create Synthesis of processes and requirements

Mandatory competence and experience:

• Agile way of working
• Retail/Apparel knowledge
• Excellent in facilitating workshops
• Excellent in coordination of many teams and stakeholders
• Excellent in communication

Preferred competence and experience:

• Knowledge in Centric or other textile PLM software

Preferred personal qualities:

• Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
• Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
• Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
