Sino-Swedish Business Center AB is a company arrange high class business global event, government delegation's official visit between China and Nordic countries, enterprises' business trip for finding business chances. And also we have lots of connections with Chinese travel agency, cooperate with them for doing tourists travel plans or arrange holiday trips and events. The business market are mainland China and Nordic countries. Our company started in 2011, during four years we arranged many official visits from China, and successfully paired some Chinese and Swedish companies for international cooperation. The Chinese embassy commercial department in Stockholm has been presents and support us at our events. Since the market is growing well, now we want to hire a project manager for the coming events.

Project manager
The project manager is the person who can arrange the whole trip for travel groups and fulfil the customer?s wishes. When you get the project you need to contact with Chinese customers, ask for details and then find the solutions for the project. Sometimes you need to contact with government, enterprises or individual. With the culture-difference backgrounds you need to highly respect the customers and willing to listen the detail requirements from them. As a project manager, every delegations has their own topic for the trip or event. You are totally in charge of the delegation when they arrive. You will meet with different situations, we need you response very quick when something is happen.

For applying the job you need to match the following requirements,
You are service minded, have the communication skills, you have the willing to talk with people and have the passion for doing your job. Sometimes you need to be patient and make more than one plans for customers, backup plans are always very important. When the delegation coming you will work under pressure, flexible, over time are accepted. You cannot sell the business idea for other companies or in some how you share the customers' information to someone who is outside of your work.
Bachelor degree or higher degrees, Chinese language native speaker level, English language fluent, have the working experience in Chinese company or government for at least 3 years. Have the experience for meeting with Nordic companies. The working experience for arrange delegations business trip or events are preferred. Drivers licens B.
