GIS (Global Information Services), the IT department of Husqvarna, is responsible for the delivery of IT-services throughout the group.
Responsibilities:
As a BE Manager you will represent the primary contact point between GIS and its Husqvarna business customers, and is responsible for gathering and transform business demands into capabilities and requirements for IT solutions and services. You will be responsible to secure IT deliver according to customer expectations. In this role you also proactively will participate in business development and future requirements as well as introduce ideas based on new technologies.
• Actively manage the portfolio of projects as well as backlog of demands. The position involves close interaction with business and IT stakeholders in order to capture and solicit demand, strategic and tactical, and turn them into requirements for IT solutions according to GIS processes.
-Leading role and be deeply involved in the Husqvarna Group Online Services and digital transformation journey, this to optimize and secure the IT landscape and enable digitalization.
-Act as a liaison officer between Business & IT delivery organization
-Prepare and present decision material, and align prioritization of new demand and initiatives
-Govern portfolio of Finance projects and Finance services including financial budgeting and control
-Lead key initiatives (Project lead) and steer implementation of new services Coordinate pre-studies and solution selection
Placement: Huskvarna (Sweden) or Charlotte NC (USA)
Must have requirements:
• Good analytical skills and understanding of business needs and requirements
• 5+ years of experience in relevant area
• Good Communication skills (English)
Your personality in combination with relevant education, work experience and passion for working with Online Services will be important in order to succeed in this role. Further it is important that you are a good communicator with and interest in understanding the business needs and transforming them into actions.
