The Role
To be the CPM for Tuve KD Optimization according to the IS-GPD model. To improve the efficiency of the automated warehouse in Tuve, support new highbay intake and new conveyor system. This will increase the speed of loading into the automated warehouse and increase KD and Cab trim efficiency at the Tuve Plant.
Project deliverables: - Integrate the new highbay intake, new id stations etc with the current application portfolio to support key capabilities such as goods-reception, quality inspection ,parts traceability
Process description for new solution
Training - Support procedures including highbay warehouse software Aniware by supplier goodtech
Key milestones - Testing with supplier good tech delivering the new highbay intake will start week 21
Start of production of new intake and warehouse week 33 ( there will be work over the summer holiday to manage the parts and to do system validation)
