They will make certain clients/prospects see a high degree of value in the products and services to ensure they want to renew their contracts or become a qualified prospect. This person will work closely with the Sales Manager and local partner for the region. The overall mission is to increase the awareness of products to existing and potential customers.The position provides:The opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies in Scandinavia A chance to work on both sides of the Sales spectrum new business and account management An understanding of what it is like to work in a fast growing business A clear path for career progression within the business Person Specification:The predictor of success for the Business Development role is basic commercial knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships at management level with organisations. This successful candidate would be well organised, have strong time management skills with good written and verbal communication skills. They may have a previous history of lead generation or basic account management. They should be persuasive, assured and confident.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve agreed target on renewal business Ensure all renewals are completed 30 days before due date Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure 360 degree management of customers Communicate with the Sales Manager on all pertinent issues in a timely fashionGenerate new business opportunities for the Sales Manager in key accounts Accurately and consistently maintain the CRMCreate new initiatives to engage customers and prospects to help grow the territoryExperience & Qualifications: A relevant business degree or qualification Will have worked in an inside sales or lead development role previously Strong relationship builder Strong persuasive skills Ability to interface with various levels of staff and management Ability to manage multiple tasks to successful completion Good interpersonal & communication skills Proven ability to exceed goals Must be willing to travel in Europe Proven ability to work at all levels internally and externally Must have sound commercial knowledge Must speak Swedish Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs
