Human Resources aim is to provide the company with comprehensive human resources support in order to attract, recruit, develop and retain employees. Human Resources drive the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, programs and processes to support the long-term achievement of the overall VCC business plan.
HR Business Office is responsible for:
• Volvo Cars' transformation based on the organisational health model and toolkit
• HR Transformation
• HR's Management System
• HR Communications
As Business Development Analyst you will report directly to Vice President People and Business Strategy Integration (HR Business Office) and work closely together with HR Business Development Manager.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain an HR Management System that is effective and lives up to ISO 9001/14001 standards.
• HR's part of Business Management System (BMS).
• HR's internal control (incl. self-assessment MCRP).
• HR's internal audits.
• Coordinate external audits of HR.
• Support HR process development.
Business Management System (BMS):
To represent HR in all issues concerning BMS and Business Management System application (BMSa).
To participate in corporate BMS/BMSa meetings headed by the Global Manager BMS or to via appointed members in those groups manage the information and execute decisions.
To be a member of the in appropriate BMSa review groups, and see to it that reviews are managed or forwarded to parties concerned for review comments.
Internal control:
To represent HR in ICC meetings.
To facilitate internal control processes (DOA, MCRP, application control reviews).
Internal audit:
To facilitate internal audits, HR Audit Committee and surrounding process.
To facilitate remedial actions relating to non-conformities (from internal audits and daily operation).
External audit:
To coordinate and follow up external audits (Bureau Veritas, Deloitte etc.).
To facilitate remedial actions relating to non-conformities.
Process development:
To secure that HR's top level processes live up to ISO9001/14001 standards.
To support process owners in process development towards increased efficiency and effectiveness.
To develop process understanding and maturity within HR.
Required qualifications:
• University Degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Experience from change management work.
• Experience from process development work.
• Experience from management systems incl. ISO 9001/14001.
