To support the implementation of the IKEA Concept in new and existing markets the Retail Operation Solutions & Support (ROSS) department within Core Business Franchise is providing a Retail Package consisting of business processes and IT systems to IKEA retailers.
Now we are looking for a Business Developer with a technical competence and background to join our Sales & Range team in Helsingborg.
About the assignment
As a Business Developer within Sales and Range you will identify business opportunities and support the ongoing development of the retail solutions. As a result, you will support the IKEA retailers to grow their business.
Furthermore you will:
• Collect stakeholders input and create requirements for development of user friendly IT tools
• Quality assure IT tool development by conducting acceptance testing
• Support process leaders to create material for knowledge transfer to enable all IKEA retail users to understand how to operate solutions
• Support process leaders to transfer know how to IKEA retailers through various learning activities using super user networks
• Support pilot and roll-out activities so that business benefits are realised
