During installation, we give our customers their first impression of our products and services. It is therefore important to perform in a good way. Installation Services is an organization where we drive continuous improvement of installations packaging lines as well as drive differentiation of the installation Service Portfolio.
In this position, you will be part of the Technical Service Installation Services team in Lund. Your main role will be to drive the com-mercial part of the services development and deployment with focus on growth and profitabil-ity ambitions and business performance analy-sis. You will work in a global environment and across the company requiring a close collabora-tion with clusters and market companies.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and drive services business plans including segmentation, position-ing, business and value proposition
• Lead the analysis of market trends, competitor 's situation and customer needs
• Identify new product and market oppor-tunities that meet the company strategic objectives
• Lead sales and profitability planning
• Monitor and analyze portfolio financial performance, report root causes of de-viations and lead recovery plans
• Secure clear commercial guidelines and framework
• Secure that promotional and sales materials are available to support the sales process
Qualifications
As a person, you have a strong personal drive for results and are constantly and consistently a top performer. You are comfortable with uncertainty and manage to shift focus quickly when required. Furthermore, you are dedicated to meet expecta-tions and requirements of internal and external customers.
To be successful in this position you need to have at least 5 years work experience. You have a uni-versity degree in Business Administration or within Engineering. It is required that you have excellent English skills both verbally and written as well as strong presentation skills.
