Assignment
The Concept Developers main task is to develop new business concepts by driving the ideation process to find viable business opportunities, adding customer value and improving Scania's position and profitability. In the Customer research work you will work close to our UX & Service Designers.
The focus within our Transport Operational Services for E-mobility will be within the charging and route planning business area. The work will also involve finding suitable supplier integrations and partnership to drive the E-mobility strategy further.
Opportunities
You'll will join an agile and self-organized Tribe team that is responsible for all elements of application and service development. You will also work cross functional within the organization sharing knowledge within your areas of expertise and cooperating with other teams. We strive to always improve, by having an open mindset to new insights and learnings.
You will be up to date on trends within the industry and will work closely with our global service network to make sure the services we develop and offer are relevant and attractive to our customers.
Your Profile
We are looking for an entrepreneurial person with a strong customer focus mind-set and relevant academic degree (e.g. engineering/business). Good communication skills, enthusiasm and a keen eye for new business opportunities is great to have in this position. A large degree of flexibility both in terms of skillset and being prepared to handle fast changing situations is highly valued.
