BUSINESS CO-ORDINATOR, INTERNATIONAL FLEET SALES

Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.

Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

As Business Co-ordinator at International Fleets Sales you take part in one of the most operational teams at Scania's head office. International Fleets Sales has the global responsibility for sales of trucks and services to larger international truck operators in close co-operation with Scania's distributors and dealers around the world.

The Business Co-ordinator role gives a good knowledge of Scania's commercial business model, products and internal work routines. The roles implies frequent contacts with Scania's sales and services companies, customers and various departments within Scania's head office.

Typical work tasks:

Take an active part in the preparation of customer offers
Support the Key Account Managers in co-ordinating complex international tenders
Take a leading role in the team's forecasting and follow up of trucks and services sales
Make price-PMs and life cycle profitability calculations
Make consolidated margin follow up reports
Handle credit instructions, invoice instructions and fleet support requests
Co-ordinate delivery schemes and complementary invoicing of sold vehicles for some customers
Take an active part in the development of Scania's international fleet sales activities

International Fleets Sales provides the opportunity to work with the core of Scania's commercial activities. We are looking for a candidate with an academic degree who pays attention to details, is service-minded and has a "can-do-attitude". This role is ideal for a person with career ambitions within Scania's commercial organisation. .

A good command of English is compulsory and knowledge of additional languages is meriting. The Business Co-ordinator will be positioned in Södertälje.
