We are now looking for Business Analysts with Business Intelligence competence to join our Analytics and BI department at Group Expansion.
Group Expansion is the growth engine of the H&M Group, responsible for all aspects of optimizing the H&M Group's Real Estate Portfolio as well as driving meaningful growth in both digital and physical channels. Each year we will expand into new markets through marketplaces and physical stores and optimize our existing portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.

Job Description

As a Business Analyst you will be working in the Analytics and BI team within Group Expansion Controlling department. You will be working with a global scope and serving all brands, enabling thousands of decision makers across all H&M markets globally to leverage our data to make better analyses and take better decisions.
You will be transforming and visualizing large amounts of data for hundreds of users using the Microsoft Power BI platform. If you love building things, solving technical problems and learning quicky, you will feel right at home. But this is more than just a technical role. You will work together with other parts of Expansion to solve business problems and using data and analytics to generate actionable insights and communicate these effectively to your stakeholders. You will leverage our data to guide our business forward.
To succeed you will need to take initiative, manage your own projects, communicate clearly with stakeholders and strive to understand what drives our business.
Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain reports, data models and BI solutions that take Group Expansion's analytical capabilities to the next level
Work with a wide range of stakeholders within Expansion globally to understand their analytical needs and make sure our reports have a strong business impact
Transform business questions into analyses that results in actionable insights
Train and guide stakeholders in how to best utilize the solutions you create
Work with IT teams to establish a data environment that fully supports the front-end needs

Qualifications

Are experienced in developing Business Intelligence reports and dashboards, preferably using Microsoft Power BI
Are experienced in working with large data sets and complex problems
Are skilled in data visualization and data story-telling
Have an academic degree in business or engineering
Are eager to learn and actively follow the latest developments in BI tech, and have the drive to realize its potential
Are driven, pragmatic, structured and thorough in your deliveries
Love data as much as we do and have a genuine interest in sharpening your analytics skills to create business value

Technical skills

Microsoft Power BI (or similar) including data modelling and transformation
SQL
Skills in related Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate is also meriting

Additional Information

This is a fulltime assignment, starting as soon as possible. You will be based in Stockholm. Fluency in English is mandatory; Swedish is not.
