Job Description
The .NET Sales & Services group within Scania IT is responsible for the delivery of applications that support the Customer's operations in the area of aftermarket. The application teams in the group are working with the applications entire lifecycle: development, implementations, maintenance and support.
This assignment concerns the Ramas application which is supporting the Contracted Services process. The application is used for the administration of repair and maintenance contracts including the management of financial flows to and from dealers' business systems. The business processes and data flows are complex.
You will work with RAMAS which is an in-house developed application. RAMAS is used to administrate service contracts and payment streams for reparations and maintenance of vehicles. The application is today implemented in 27 countries and are implemented on new markets all the time. The maintenance team is involved in many projects and are working with development related to many processes and systems.
As System Analyst you will be working both with new development and refinement of the application Ramas within the Contracted Service Area. The job involves analysis and documenting requirements for a proposed solution as well as showing customers how the system is used, especially related to the flexible maintenance area.
You will join one of the team in the Ramas group and work close with customer, software architects, developers, testers as well as the people working with implementing flexible maintenance plans i new countries.
You also have a big interest in learning and understanding the business. You are also a positive person who are proactive and comes with suggetsions on solutions together with consequence analysis for decision makers.
Requirement
Fluent swedish.
• has worked as system analyst for a number of years
• have good listening and communication skills
• like to working with specifying requirements as well as test them
• has good documentation skills
• analytic and could work on an overview level as well as have control of the details
• service minded
• like to work as a part of a team but also to work independant if needed
• good English skills, spoken and written
• has worked with epics and user stories
• likes to work in an agile environment
• likes to demo system functionality to future users
