hela Sverige The position will start with 50% load and for a right candidate there will be a possibility to increase the load and work with different projects.
The main tasks will be:
• Drive business analysis work
• Facilitate dialogues and co-operate with different stakeholders to be able to gather information needed
• Document requirements, epics, user stories
Required Skills:
• Self-motivated and strong driving force
• Good communication skills, both speech and writing
• Skills in documenting requirements, epics, user stories
• Good people skills and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Analytical skills
• Critical thinking and Problem Solving
• Facilitation and negotiation
• Skills in relevant BA Focus areas and associated methods and techniques
Required Experience:
• Experience from business analysis related to IT-development projects
• Automotive experience
• Experience from project gate models
• Understanding of KDP and surrounding systems
• Experience/Knowledge within PLM
• Experience/Knowledge in product configuration
• Experience within requirements management (documenting, analysing, tracing...)
• Problem analysis experience using different methods
• Process mapping experience using various tools
• Information flow mapping experience using various tools
Required Personality:
