As a Business Analyst in Corporate Payments, you will play a key role in shaping the future of digital payment solutions for businesses. You will work closely with stakeholders across the bank to analyse requirements, drive improvements, and ensure seamless and secure payment experiences. With us, you will join an exciting and dedicated agile team that collaboratively develops and maintains a business-critical system for payment solutions.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Work closely with the Agile Product Owner and the team to break down activities into clear deliverables and User Stories.
Analyse data and document functional and non-functional requirements for system development and maintenance.
Support the team and other stakeholders in the bank with various inquiries related to corporate payment.
Play a key role in the team regarding ongoing incident management and support issues.
Continuously strive, together with the team, to streamline and improve our ways of working.
What is needed in this role: Have experience in corporate payments (e.g. supplier payments, Bankgiro)
Experience from ISO 20022 (payments)
Hands-on experience working with requirements, testing, documentation and follow up.
Basic understanding of SQL.
Experience working in an agile environment, preferably within SAFe.
Strong communication skills in English and preferably Swedish.
