Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is the unit within VCG that is responsible for all commercial activities in the EMEA markets, through our National Sales Companies, Importers and Retail Partners.
We are now looking for a Business Analyst in the area of Consumer Digital Products. You will be part of a dedicated team working closely together with business stakeholders and National Sales Companies within EMEA. The scope is to define and collect requirements for Consumer facing products and services to secure EMEA business specifics needs and requirement in the digital development.
Reporting relationship
You will be part of the EMEA CED team, reporting to the Director Consumer Digital EMEA
Volvo Cars CED EMEA is looking for a new great team player with the following responsibilities
* Collect the EMEA business specifics needs and requirement in the digital development
* User Journey mapping to secure usability
* Perform Pre-studies and deep dives
* Facilitate workshops
Qualifications & Key personal attributes
* Documented senior experience and successful achievements Business Analyst work within digital and consumer facing products and projects
* Strong presentation and communication skills with great structure and process driven thinking
* Process mapping experience using various tools (i.e., Flowcharter)
* Experience in creating functional and design specifications
* University degree in relevant field
* Formal facilitation and chartering training
* Work experience from visualising and analyse customer touch points and creation of consumer journey mapping
* Our team is looking for a dynamic personality with great drive, fluent in English, written and spoken
