Cybercom is looking to expand our Business Analyst team working within both IT- and product development projects. As a Business Analyst at Cybercom you will be challenged with exciting projects in different areas and grow your competence through peer-to-peer activities as well as innovative assignments. What to expect
As a Business Analyst you will be the link between the organizations core business and their IT departments and development projects. You are used to gather and interpret the needs and challenges of different organizations and present them in a way that is easily comprehensible to development teams and technical project managers. You will execute interviews, studies and manage workshops to gather management requirements, system requirements and perform cost- and benefits analysis. Your responsibilities also include documentation and analysis of both processes and requirements as well as compilation of requirements specifications, always making sure that the changes is in line with the organizations goal, strategies, visions and values. Who are we looking for?
We're looking a person who has 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. You have a technical background within IT and an interest in structures and strategies. It's meritorious if you have used different analyzing tools in previous projects and if you're certified in CCBA or PMI-PBA. We love people who are passionate about what they do and share their knowledge with others. Our consultants are communicative, team oriented and innovative. As our new colleague, your need to be structured when it comes to delivering your work, flexible when it comes to working in different projects and always taking responsibility and showing initiative to add value to the collaboration with colleagues and clients. You have the ability to always see the whole picture and are responsive to other people's needs and opinions. You're always looking for improvement and better processes and your interest for understanding people and organizations is what keeps pushing you to develop as a Business Analyst. Application
