In this exciting role you will define and achieve specific sales, profit and market share objectives through the execution of a strategic marketing plan across specific brand responsibilities and adapt these where necessary to ultimately deliver company performance targets for long term growth. You will be the marketing champion for Beiersdorf and our brands within the organisation & with external stakeholders to aid decision making to drive business results to enhance marketing capability within the organisation
You will also assist the Marketing Manager Personal Care in defining and creating brand strategy across Nordics, through sharing best practice and proactively looking for cost and time savings by highlighting areas of co-operation. You report to the Markering Manager for Personal Care and will be part of a commited Swedish/Nordic Marketing team of around 10 colleagues.
Your background:
You will have a track record within Consumer Marketing with an in depth knowledge of brands and customers
Preferably you have worked some years within fast moving consumer goods with a Brand Manager responsibility. Depending on what kind of background and experience you bring to the role we have different levels within Brand Management.
University Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or other relevant Degree.
You are a passionate and self-driven person that together with a strong team likes to make a difference
You are up-to-date in the social media, and digital environment and landscape.
Experience with consumer insights & trends
Experience of project management
Fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge in Danish, Finish, Norwegian or German is a plus.
