Overview of role
This role will play an important part in maintaining the finance operations of the Nordic business segment and a varied range of daily tasks. You will work directly with our clients from the different Nordic markets as well as several of our internal departments such as our sales teams.
Responsibilities and key tasks
To support the sales process from initial quoting on orders to raising of invoices
Responsible for creating and sending of all Key customer sales invoices
Billing the Nordic territories
Effective tracking and chasing up of all purchase orders required for payment
Ensuring invoicing and account queries are resolved promptly
Escalating pricing queries to relevant team members at Peach
To effectively communicate with customers by telephone and in writing
Ad hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager and other stakeholders
Skills required
Numerically minded with excellent attention to detail
CRM knowledge and a positive personality to connect to people
Fluent in both Swedish and English, knowledge of another Nordic languages is advantageous
A naturally organised individual with a proactive and positive approach
Ability to suggest ideas and process improvements
Willing to adapt to changing priorities with the flexibility to to the demands of a growing and non-hierarchical organisation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
MS Office and Excel (intermediate level)
Proactive, driven and a team player
Experience required
The successful candidate should have 1 - 2 of years Billing experience
Prior experience of an invoicing role, within either a finance or admin department
Proven experience in maintaining good client relations is beneficial
Multi-site and multi-currency exposure is advantageous
Previous experience from B2B in a technology sector within a similar role is preferred
