As a Bauer Experience Rep you are Bauer's front line energy point with our consumers, teams and retail partners. Your main responsibilities will be executing at product trial events (planning and organizing all the details), engaging and educating players, parents and retail partners on Bauer products and liaising with regional Sales reps on market specific initiatives.

To be successful as a Bauer Experience Rep, we believe you have the following equipment in your trunk:
• A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in marketing/retail setting.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
• Must have a strong knowledge of the entire hockey marketplace, the game, product, consumer trends, retail
• Excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in setting priorities, execution and follow-through.
• Must be result and service orientated.
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizations skills - managing up to 70 grass roots and consumer events per year which includes organizing Bauer staff, 3rd party suppliers, etc
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift / transport heavy objects
• Language skills; must be fluent in English and a plus if you also speak Finnish
The position is a temporary contract for 12 months. Since your territory is mid- and north Sweden, we think you live somewhere in that area.
