Job Description Overview: Responsible for the Service operations with specific accounts. You will help our customers with escalations and special cases when problems arise with our products that the level 1 support cant mandate to resolve. You will primarily work via email, but also over the phone. Ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensure that all repairs are closed in the desired repair time and if not, close the case with a compensation! Please note that perfect Norwegian is a must!
Here at Asus we value personal qualities, if you speak Norwegian and have a interest in IT and value customer support, but don't have so much experience, your application could still be valuable for us.
Responsible for the Service operations with specific accounts. Responsibilities:
Act as second line for the call center
Contact person for service accounts in a specific region with responsibility for the satisfaction and the turnaround time
Monitor the TAT - Provide end users with email support
Handle compensations and swap & credit escalations
Perform a market analysis and comparison for services
Prepare new training for our call center
Handle RMA & DOA restorations with contact with customers and validate the applications
Some Call center, Customer satisfaction and ASP reporting
• Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Customer service oriented
• Can do attitude
