Mölnlycke is now looking for an Associate Product Developer to join our Wound care Airlaid & Adhesives team at HQ in Gothenburg. In Wound Care at Mölnlycke, we help to prevent, manage and accelerate the healing of wounds.
About the job:

These will be the areas of your key responsibilities:
Perform and plan test in accordance with the need of the development work
Develop new test methods if needed for deeper understanding within the area of adhesive development
Coordinate tests with the lab
Approve test method development plan in cooperation with identified Lab partner
Recommend implementation of new or changed test methods
Decision on data quality and correctness
Decision on data significance
Responsible for Silicone Workshop room
What you'll need...
To be successful in this role you'll need to have a great interest in innovation, being open to an agile way of working a to have a flexible mindset. You will like this job if you are orderly, engaged and willing to contribute to the team with a good sprit and solution orientation.
Preferred background:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in chemistry or equivalent
2 years' experience within product development
All trainings needed to work in the labs
Product area knowledge
English - fully professional fluency in written and spoken
