We are looking for a dedicated colleague with a high level of integrity, that would like to contribute to the department as Assistant to Head of Product Adaptations, Mauricio Torrão, and Head of Product Management, Carl-Johan Lööf, and also to their managers as well.
The departments KNA - Product Adaptations and KNP - Product Management within the new KN People Transport Solutions area, engage approx. 140 employees whose assignment is to cover product gaps through product adaptation or partnership and to set and implement Commercial Strategy to reach Business plan strategy

Your role
• Preparation and coordination of Department meetings
• Coordination of Department meeting calendar
• Various cooperation with KN Assistants
• Actively participate in and coordinate management team meetings
• Administrative support to department manager.
• Other common tasks of an assistant.
Your profile
• You have a good view of how Scania is managed and have several years of experience as an assistant and/or have a relevant academic degree.
• You are a team player working independently but in a structured way and have excellent administrative skills with an eye for details and high quality.
• You are proactive, flexible and enjoy providing support on a high service level.
• Good communication skills in English with the ability to communicate with diverse audiences is required. Good network within the R&D and S&M functions is desirable. Knowledge within MS Office and Office 365 is a must.
