Pharma Consulting Group (PCG) is a Swedish independent Contract Research Organisation, providing Data Management, Statistical, Clinical Operation and Medical Writing services to the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies within clinical development.

PCG has developed ViedocT a user-friendly electronic data capture (EDC) system.

Job assignments:
• Administrative routines and other tasks assigned to support the Financial Manager in performing the responsibilities of the finance department.
• Accounts receivable: Handling incoming project contracts, invoicing, and collection.
• Accounts payable: Handle incoming vendors invoices in invoice processing system.
• Project controlling: Handling and follow-up on project invoicing, payment schedules, communicating with project managers regarding project issues.
• Payroll: collect, prepare and forward to payroll administrator time, travel and expense reports
• Current accounting: various reconciliations, post transactions, contact with external accountant.
• Any other task as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Education:
University degree in Business Administration (major in Accounting or Finance) or High school degree in Business Administration combined with a few years work experience.

Personal skills:
You are a high performing individual with a strong interest in accounting and business performance analysis. You have a great sense of accuracy and good analytical skills. You are selfmotivated and responsibility conscious and has the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually. You are performance driven and do not consider any task to simple for you, as long as it is necessary for the business.

Work experience:
You have recently graduated. You have work experience to sustain your personal skills. You may have some work experience within finance and/or accounting.

Language skills:
Swedish and English, fluent in both writing and speech.

Specialist knowledge:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Excel is an advantage. Basic programming skills or database knowledge is an advantage.
