ERCRC have the responsibility for the overall quality of the truck's cab. We are primarily working with Field Quality issues related to most of the cab's products and components. Beyond that, we are also responsible for the complete accessory business and handles various development projects. The common nominator within ERCRC is that we lead and handle smaller projects with the customer satisfaction and time-to-market in focus.
We are now looking for a talented Assignment Manager who is passionate about leading and taking initiatives to find and pave new ways forward. Together with us at ERCRC, you will as an Assignment Manager have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and challenges. You will work from an investigation phase, through a configuration and developing phase to implementation of different solutions. You will be responsible for leading various cross-functional assignments where you will get the opportunity to develop your skills within the field of project management.
Your main task will be to develop timeplans and coordinate different activities and deliveries based up on these, together with affected cross-functions such as Design, Purchase, Production and the market. This in order to introduce solutions and changes with as short lead time as possible to eliminate customer quality deviations. You will be responsible for leading assignments with focus on time, cost and quality. You will have the authority to act rapidly with full support when the assignment requires it.
Your working tasks
You will have project responsibility from initiation to closure.
In more detail you will:
• Identify and organize different stakeholders
• Set up and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Develop, coordinate, document and follow up timeplans, activities and deliveries
• Motivate and coach team members
Your profile
• As a person, you are analytic and solution oriented
• You enjoy engaging other people to work towards set goals and have a good ability to build relationships
• You work in a structured manner, continuously planning and prioritizing tasks and are quick to adapt to changed circumstances within the projects
• You value an open work environment where ideas are welcomed and discussed, and you are also a good listener with a positive attitude
• You have a technical university degree in engineering or similar, and a couple of years of working experience
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English
