The company is on a successful journey and is now expanding into new territories. They are now looking for a German speaking Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing Green Furniture's business throughout Germany.
Dina arbetsuppgifterIn this independent position your objective is to develop and expand Green Furniture's position in the German market. You initiate and form long-term relationships to potential and present customers who are often found within the passenger terminal and shopping mall segment. Furthermore, you create and implement appropriate marketing activities in different media, by the aid of internal support. An important part of the job is to identify which events, exhibitions and conferences that are relevant to target. Alongside this, you continuously expand your network of contacts and key influencers within the market, through meetings and social media.
As you will be solely responsible for the success of the sales area, you will have full freedom to organize and prioritize among your work tasks, with full control over your working time. You have strategic and operative support among your colleagues, where both CEO and other area sales managers are there to support. Naturally you will be travelling to Germany, approximately 1-2 weeks per month.
KvalifikationerEducation: Former education within any subject
Experience: Good knowledge of Germany in terms of regional differences, business climate, conduct and culture
System requirements: An experienced user of any ERP system and MS Office.
Language requirements: Full professional German, professional skills in English, both orally and in writing.
Meritorious: Prior experience from a similar role with focus on Germany

You easily form long-term relationships to your business counterparts, partly because of your great communication skills and your ability to engage and inspire. You are also a great listener which gives you great tools for identifying and developing customer needs. You have an eye for design and with your creativity you can expand on your customer's ideas with innovative solutions. Furthermore, you are self-motivated and independent in your work where you spend your time effectively with your objectives in mind. In conclusion, it is very important for you to represent innovative products at high quality and a company with a strong ethic compass.
