Job Description
AFRYs segment Food & Pharma is one of the most influential actors among the Nordic countries with clients in food, pharma, biotech and MedTech. The segment is one of the growth segments that AFRY will focus on and as a result AFRY will continue to develop existing digitalization offerings towards the Life Science industry; a.k.a. Pharma 4.0. Within Pharma 4.0, AFRY is accelerating a value driven digitalization offering portfolio. The portfolio leverages the unique expertise and IP within AFRY to use digitalization among other approaches to address the most pressing problems faced by our clients such as compliance, productivity, sustainability, security, climate change and globalization.
This is a full-time practice lead position reporting to our VP/Head of BA, Lotta Falck. The location for this position is flexible. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create, lead and develop the Pharma 4.0 practice. In this position you will, among other tasks:
Refine the strategy/vision, business plan and all activities within Life Science manufacturing digitalization and Pharma 4.0
Create virtual sales and delivery teams based on both existing AFRY team members as well as recruit new talent
Set and communicate the AFRY Pharma 4.0 point of view both externally and internally with a clear link to the Sustainability perspective to further build up a thought leader position towards key clients, networks of potential hires and partners
Develop a Pharma 4.0 offering catalogue as a help to reach out to the sales organization and enable increased digital inbound sales
Accelerate Pharma 4.0 offerings primarily based on both expanding existing Life-Science niche solution capability as well as continuously monitoring the market for new additions
Leverage existing horizontal AFRY 4.0 offerings, solutions, and software partnerships (predominantly AFRY X), by adding the Life Science sector value and compliance perspective
As part of an eco-system strategy, build up and extend existing strategic partnerships as well as engage and if needed create forums and networks to drive the business
Qualifications
Who are you?
You have the experience needed and a winning personality that makes you successful in a practice lead role and you want the challenge and freedom to define and build the next step in BA Food & Pharma within the Industrial IT domain. We are looking for you who wants to be part of AFRY's success story and who is passionate about digitalization in addition to having a solid Life Science sector expertise (GMP). You have a passion for digital solutions and how tech adds value. You have the capability to shift focus from long term visionary goals and big picture architecture to hands-on sales of value offerings. You also have experience of recruiting and building your own team.
