For our newest complex project in Dubai and Qatar, we are currently looking for a fluent Arabic speaking Project administrator- Hospitality for the Arabic Market who should liaise with our the client and our management and design team member of the project.
Your Role, Position requirements:
• The Project Asisstant is part of the management and administration and works closely with the team to realize the project till finished product at the highest level.
• This role will require a flexible approach to assist the management with administration and project management of the project.
• Candidate should be able to learn and work independently and as part of a productive team. With excellent organizational skills.
• Candidate shall be able to handle Project related correspondence in Arabic as well as technical translation related to the project from Arabic to English.
• He/she must be able to assist in Presentation to our Arabic client & should be imaginative & creative.
• He/She will be the company contact towards our Arabic speaking clients, owners and construction companies related to the projects in hands and for Future Projects in the Arabic speaking territory.
• He/She should be able to travelwith very short notice and should be capable torepresent the company at senior level.
This is an entry level position that will expose you to all fundamental facets of the administration process.
Applicants must have the following knowledge base:
• A proficient administration background.
• A professional background in project development in Middle East and Arabic territories.
• Proficient level of office software.
• Fluent Arabic and English (Additional languages may be of an advantage but not required)
