Here's the deal: You'll be diving deep into our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, helping us fine-tune it to meet the needs of our teams in both Sweden and Norway.
No day is the same, but expect to be configuring, customizing, and making the systems run flawlessly. You'll be the bridge between our tech experts and business minds, making sure everything runs smoothly, while troubleshooting, solving problems, and supporting our end-users when they need a hand. Plus, you'll take on a pivotal role in projects where we blend CRM with other exciting systems and platforms!
We're looking for someone who's passionate about staying ahead of the curve and is always curious about the latest trends in D365 CRM. You'll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from developers to business leaders, and your ability to explain complex tech stuff in a simple way will be key to your success.
What are we after? Ideally, you've got a university degree in IT (or similar hands-on experience), and at least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You have knowledge of and familiarity with agile working methods and Scrum. If you've worked with Power Platform or Azure, that's a major plus!
We're a Swedish company, but you'll need to be comfortable with both Swedish and English-we use both every day. You're a solid communicator, a natural problem solver, and you know how to keep things running smoothly even when the pressure's on.
