hela Sverige FILA Nordic in Kungälv is looking to fill another senior sales role, a Key Account Manager working in three of their markets: Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The products are niche, fast and slow-moving consumer goods which are sold at a premium to a range of customers in the school supply and other sectors. The role is to increase sales through frequent contact and proposals to customers. Are you the right person for this exciting position, with the right skills and experience? The position includes:
• Propose, agree then achieve ambitious sales targets
• Report monthly on sales progress versus targets
• Take over existing customer base
• Identify and contact decision makers, establish and develop business through collaboration with assigned key customers
• Propose and achieve annual key customer plans for national key customers
• Together with the marketing department, create and implement strategies for new products and brands
• Forecast monthly volumes per customer and campaign products
• Through close customer dialogue, create long-term relationships with assigned key customers
• Monitor contracts, pricing and renegotiations of these
• Plan the sales plan strategically and for the long term
• Identify and exploit new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
Background
You have a Business degree or equivalent and at least five years of outreach sales experience, including key account management where you successfully developed customers. You are also experienced in doing business across the Nordic area. As a person, you have a genuine interest in sales and enjoy the role of selling in the field. You are a very self-motivated person with strong drive and with great humility and have a positive image amongst your peers, customers and colleagues. You are motivated by building long-term relationships with your customers and developing strategic customer plans.
You are also an excellent negotiator with the ability to optimize business in the short and long terms. You have a selling personality and high level of service. Because the workload is sometimes high, you must be able to work systematically and in a structured fashion as well as be used to doing your own work.
The position is a 100% permanent employment at FILA Nordic starting before summer. The company has a healthcare allowance. FILA Nordic offers a motivating work environment where we all work towards the same goals and taking responsibility.
