Tasks include:
Be a role model and mentor to other analysts in the domain
Support and drive valuable analytical insights into the domain strategy
Data digging for insights, coding, and automation
Collaborate with peers and use your analytical tools to improve resources, processes, and our way of working
Drive and collect know-how across the domain, interpret domain finance and risk data to drive strategic decision making
Manage end-to-end business planning, budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and tracking/ownership of KPIs across 8-9 teams and Stakeholders of your domain
Perform Ad-hoc analyses to support the teams and the domain lead
Requirements:
4+ years of experience within Analytics/Controlling/Finance Positive solution-oriented mindset and stakeholder management.
2-3 years preferably in a cross-functional management team or similar
Strong analytical skills: ability to identify and isolate trends, and connect them to customer behavioral patterns and business impacts.
Previous experience within Security / Start-ups / Fintech
Understanding of:
Data extraction (SQL, AWS experience)
Programming (Python, Javascript for purposes of coding in google sheets)
Visualization (Qlik Sense)
Data manipulation (google sheets)
General data presentation/"storytelling" abilities
Ideally based in Stockholm or Berlin
Technical or Financial background is merited.
Having experience in Cyber Security would be a plus
