AliasSmith is Europe's leading importer and brand builder of Mexican high-quality spirits. We distribute more than 100 products to 26 European countries and foresee despite the current pandemic situation and the toll it has taken on the whole industry an expansion in both customers and products. We are searching for a talented seller that has the capability and ambition to become CEO in one of our affiliated companies.

Your role
You will become an essential part of the team, holding a key-role in the expansion driving the relationship building and closure rate. As a team player in AliasSmith we believe that you are well organized, structured and have the sales experience and personality to drive channel strategy and identify opportunities. We believe that you are entrepreneurial spirited and have the ability to turn challenges into opportunities and the strength and pace to lead the way to growth and good service. The ambition with the recruitment is to foster a new leader that eventually can take on the development of one of our subsidiarity companies.
To represent AliasSmith we expect your communicational skills and ability to network to be top notch. You will represent each and one of the brands we promote and make sure that customers and partners fully understand each products potential as well as the AliasSmith service offering.
You will be in charge to develop and achieve sales performance targets having direct contact with each customer. Together with the AliasSmith-team you will develop annual collaborative business plans and conduct weekly progress checks of customer's performance.
To enhance our sales and network your coaching skills to develop and encourage performance of distributor reps, brand ambassadors, tasting Reps will be put into test.
You will be stationed in our office in Stockholm but expected to eventually travel to visit our clients, providers and partners as well as participate in various events and fairs.
First goal would be to enhance the sales in HORECA in Sweden.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you have a relentless drive for practical, applicable outputs. You simply love to sell and see that your efforts pay off. You probably have 4 - 6 years of proven experience working with sales and three or more of these years have been in the spirits industry but not a must.
As you will have contact with our European customers and represent foreign brands, proficiency in English is a pre-requisite and good knowledge in Spanish an advantage. As the company is based in Stockholm, knowledge of Swedish is also an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
Other desired qualities include "out of the box" thinking, a strong work ethic and effective decision-making abilities. You should possess a university degree, but IT-fluency (CRM, ERP, Mass communication systems), analytical skills and gift of persuasion combined with the ability to learn easily are more important.

The positions we are offering are full-time jobs starting before October with an initial probationary period of 6 months followed by an indefinite contract if the candidate is deemed suitable. Salary is on a fix month salary plus performance related bonus.
