Role purpose: You are part of the Nordic HR team which consists of yourself, a peer and the Nordic Head of HR. You will be responsible for the following Nordic departments: Investment, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Facilities In addition you will also be in charge of keeping the Norwegian organisation updated in the local labour legislation field for Finland.
Key responsibility areas:
• Performance Management Process; Ensure Smart Goals are set and Performance Improvement Plans are put in place where needed.
• Performance Development Plans: Ensure all employees within area of responsibility have a development plan. Assist line managers with finding training providers where needed.
• Leadership Development: Train managers within area of responsibility in our Managers Handbook with related policies and procedures.
• Employee Reward: Job mapping and finding benchmarking of salaries within area of responsibility.
• Staffing process: First point of contact for providers, act as a sounding board as well as challenging managers in the selection process. HR introduction within area of responsibility.
• Support managers in implementing Strategic Headcount decisions in line with business needs.
• Employee relations: Presence in Norway on a regular basis and responsible for updating the Nordic Employee Handbook for Finland
• Update HR admin details for all employees within area of responsibility
• Ad hoc project within HR
Scope: Full time position during maternity leave during one year with start date as soon as possible. The position is based in Stockholm with frequent travelling within Nordics (approximately 2 times per month).
Experience: University degree or equal in HRM. At least 3 to 5 years experience as an HR business partner. Proven record in dealing with all aspects in HR from Attract, Recruit, Develop, Retain and termination of employment by acting as a true business partner, meaning challenging and supporting the business. Fluent in English. Experience from the financial industry is preferred.
Interpersonal/Core Competencies: High level of integrity, driven and proactive with a coaching attitude to approach our leaders, sound understanding of business needs and interest to understand the business as such. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
