• Be responsible for maximizing value of an investment opportunity and the work of the agile team

• Take the lead of a highly skilled agile team working with retail payments and accounts products

• Develop and maintain the payments functionalities, accounts and reoccurring payments in our digital channels.

• Be involved in the development process from start to finish and ensure agreed activities are delivered

• Work according to SAFe, scaled agile framework

• In close cooperation with the team, stakeholders and train lead manage the expectations on deliveries

• Prioritize, manage team backlog and coordinate dependencies with other teams

• As a service owner, take full lifecycle responsibility for both new and already implemented applications

• Ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategies and Service Management processes

What is needed in this role:

• Proven strong leadership and communicational skills

• Experience from working in an agile team with relevant agile tools

• Experience in software development and maintenance

• Prioritize and effectively manage the backlog

• Ensure that backlog items are clearly expressed and understood by the team

• Experience from Project management and/or Product development

• Payments and/or account area experience is a requirement

• Academic degree in either engineering and/or business administration

• A problem solver with a can-do-attitude who gets motivated by new responsibilities

• Ability to engage and inspire other people

• Interest in learning how our retail payments products can be used in the best way for creating business value

• You are open and adaptable to change and have the courage to, in times of change, show others the way

• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues

• Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
