In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Coordinate, align and prioritize development initiatives together with stakeholders and vendors;
• Set development roadmap and manage the backlog;
• Own service portfolio under your area of responsibility;
• Be a part of an agile team focused on delivering customer needs;
• Collaborate with other teams and APOs in order to secure value stream joint deliveries;
• Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working;
• Work in multi-cultural, multi-tasking and challenging environment.
What is needed in this role:
• Project management experience
• Technical knowledge/overview of WebLogic/WebSphere and Oracle E-Business Suite is a strong plus;
• Ability to lead the creation of the product vision and execution of the roadmap;
• Strong analytical skills, strategical way of thinking
• High degree of stress tolerance combined with high level of motivation and perseverance;
• Being structured and self-driven, giving and taking responsibility;
• Strong customer focus, proactive and solution driven orientation;
• Understanding of agile development principles;
• Strong background in understanding IT development in a complex development and system environment;
• Expertise in time, dependency, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
