With you here, Fyndiq and Agile will go together like “Say Cheese!†and family pictures. As one of Europe’s fastest growing tech companies we are constantly working on making our platform a stellar experience for our most important friends: bargain hunters and merchants. To accomplish this, our tech team is writing more lines (of code) in a day then Hemingway wrote in a lifetime, and they deploy features faster than you can say backend.
We don’t need no coach-potato
We’re looking for an Agile coach to empower our cross functional tech teams to work more efficiently towards our goal: to deliver an outstanding experience to merchants and customers. You’ll together with the teams adapt the agile way of working and coach them through the entire transition. You will be analysing and improving processes, help building teams and mentor interaction in those teams to unleash the full dev force.
You’ll be responsible for your team members when it comes to salary talks and appraisals as well.
So, coach - when does the game start?
Here at the office we are fast thinking, hard working Fyndians, always looking for new ways of working. To be the coach we are looking for you shouldn’t be afraid to identify issues within the team and communicate them clearly to the members.
You’re self propelled, confident, social and responsible. Bring your experience of adapting agile processes and there is not much that can go wrong. If you have experience as a developer or project leader I’ll high five you big time. And without it? You’ll still get a good one!
