Aftersales Controlling Director for Sales Area Volvo Trucks International (VTI)
The Aftersales Controlling Director is responsible for Control of all revenue streams within services. Drive and support the potential within services. Price management, running population calculation and penetration follow up, Support Sales Area functions and markets e.g. follow up parts and labour sales in close cooperation with the Aftersales organisation within Sales Area Volvo Trucks International.
The position reports directly to the VP Business Control Sales Area Volvo Trucks International.
In this role, you will:
• Control of all revenue streams within Aftersales. Drive and support the potential.
• Price management, running population calculation and penetration follow up
• Support Sales Area functions and markets e.g. follow up parts and labor sales
• Provide input to the VP Business Control regarding the business operations through the financials. Consolidate the reports, action plans and forecasts to report the profitability of the Sales Area
• Analyze the aftersales performance from a financial perspective, make conclusions and communicate to decision makers throughout the organisation.
• Analyze the performance of the retail activity and related action plans to drive the profitability of the retail operations towards group standards
• Provide financial analysis and controlling support to network development function for business cases and forecasts.
• Support Planning & Reporting with the monthly BRM material
Qualifications and critical competencies for the position
• Strong communication skills and extensive network within the Volvo Group
• Business oriented mindset
• Experience in financial reporting and business control of Aftersales
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of the Aftersales processes
• Good knowledge of Essbase
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office products
