The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Nevs is seeking to hire a manager to develop and lead the entire global After Sales Operations in Trollhättan. The role will involve
• Overseeing the development and implementation of end-to-end business operations. Key business
operations areas include: parts logistics, parts pricing, training, diagnosis, warranty, service/repair and
customer relationship management.
• Participating in the development and implementation of the business operations, including:
o Business capability definition: what Nevs needs to be able to do to execute its business strategy
o Business process flows
o Future state operating model
o Implementation plan and roadmap
o Business operations policies and procedures
o Business reporting requirements
o Performance management and KPI measurements for inhouse/outsourced operations
• Participating in the assessment and selection of key suppliers/partners.
• Participating in the development and implementation of insurance and financing offers
• Participating in the development and implementation of accessory offer
• Managing and maintaining relationships with business sponsors & stakeholders
• Coordinating business scope changes and control of project scope
• Identifying and analysing business problems and devise solution alternatives and recommendations to
achieve the delivery of business capabilities.
• Coaching, mentoring subordinates in the After Sales division for the optimization of their personal
potential in order to ensure that the division's objectives are met and exceeded.
• Performing other duties as directed by the Sales & Marketing Director
Reporting Relationship
The After Sales Manager will report to the Sales & Marketing Director of Nevs.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
The successful candidate will need to possess following desired competencies:
• Automotive industry experience including broad After Sales skills
• Relevant experiences from start-up operations
• EV experience and entrepreneurial drive are preferred
• Well-developed executive communication and interpersonal skills and experience
• Ability to build a wide range of relationships quickly, at all levels
• Ability to monitor the financial aspects of contracts entered into by Nevs
• Distinguished leadership skills and experience in working within a multi-disciplinary and a
cross-cultural environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and process improvement skills preferred.
• Strong service orientation, ability to influence others and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Project management through planning, organising, and coordinating tasks required.
• Fluent in English and knowledge of Chinese would be an added advantage
Educational Requirements
MSc (business and/or engineering)
