Role Overview
We're looking for a Advisor for a parental leave cover in a pre-sales capacity. You will be part of the Revenue Operations department, a collaborative team located in Sweden and the UK. Your mission is to act as a strategic partner to our Nordic Sales team, empowering prospects throughout their buying journey by combining expertise in technology and employee benefits consulting. While your primary focus will be on Swedish customers, you'll also support wider Nordic opportunities and contribute to shaping the region's go-to-market strategy. This is a temporary parental leave cover starting around early February 2026 and ending on 30 April 2027
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to understand prospective customers' needs, objectives, and pain points.
Conduct tailored product demonstrations and present customized solutions showcasing Benifex's platform.
Translate customer requirements into proposals highlighting benefits and ROI.
Address technical and functional questions and integrate feedback into the sales process.
Provide strategic guidance on employee benefits programs and cost optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer thought leadership.
Support RFI/RFP processes and contribute to Nordic go-to-market strategy.
Develop materials such as business cases and ROI models to strengthen sales touchpoints.
What are we looking for?
Proven B2B customer-facing experience with complex solutions.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and high business acumen.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Bonus points for:
Experience engaging with public sector organizations.
Technical understanding of SaaS platforms, including API integration and data security.
Understanding of employee benefits strategies, regulations, and market trends.
