In Sweden, we are 400 committed employees currently working within Tax & Legal Services across the country, providing our clients with qualified legal advice and tax consulting. At our office in Stockholm approximately 200 tax consultants work, divided into different teams. To every team there is an administrative star that supports the team with different tasks through thick and thin.

Due to parental leave, we are currently looking for a new team member for a temporary position (one year) who can strengthen our Administration Tax & Legal team. Hopefully that person is You!

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be a part of a team of tax consultants and assist the group with administrative and practical support. At the same time you will belong to the administrator group of 18 colleagues, where you will be provided guidance and support in the administrator role.

In the role of administrator, you truly are the spider in the web who can enjoy a workday of varying tasks. You will work with administration and office coordination such as booking meetings for our tax consultants and updating their calendars, booking trips and conference rooms. In addition, you will handle customer invoicing, travel expenses and accounting entry of supplier invoices. Lastly, the role includes some practical consulting support such as preparing customer material and presentations, registry management and scanning of documents. You can expect a much appreciated role within the team!

PREFERRED SKILLS
We are looking for you with upper secondary education and it is meritorious if you have previous work experience from administration and/or from working at a law firm, audit firm or equivalent. You are good with numbers and it's a big plus if you have previous work experience with financial administration. Furthermore, you have basic IT skills (we mostly work in Google Suite and Microsoft Office) and you are fluent in both Swedish and English. Swedish is our primarily working language.

We attach great importance to your personal qualities! As a person you are responsible and service minded, and a teamplayer who is happy to collaborate with different colleagues. You are structured, self-driven and meticulous as well as efficient in your work. To be successful in this role we believe that you have to be flexible and someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment. You know how to work under pressure and to prioritize from different work tasks. Furthermore, you are prestigeless and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Expected joining period: May 2019. This is a temporary position of one year due to parental leave
