Job Description
Now we are looking for a Polish speaking Accounts Receivable Analyst to our client in Stockholm. In this role, you are responsible for managing the health of their assigned portfolio. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure invoicing is done timely, customers are complying with contractual payment terms and that their assigned aging is current and clear of discrepancies. The position also calls for effective management of month-end deliverables, supporting financial audit requests and other tasks as assigned by their manager.
You will report to Manager, Accounting Operations - International Accounts.
Main tasks:
• Manage multiple accounts within Accounts Receivable Portfolio
• Ensure customer invoicing is processed timely and accurately
• Establish relationship with client contacts and internal client-facing employees
• Work with customers and colleagues to ensure clients are remitting payment within their contracted terms
• Enforce collection and escalation protocols as needed
• Oversee daily accounts receivable controls and reconciliation for customer accounts. Identify, document and resolve exceptions as needed
• Management of time-sensitive month-end processes
• Provide audit support as needed
• Participate in calls with both internal and external stakeholders

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/w. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months, with possibility of extension. It might even become a permanent position.
