Are you an experienced accountant looking for an exciting job in an international company?

We are looking to fill the position of Accounting Assistant. This is a fulltime assignment starting in November. You will initially be employed by Kontorsfixarna, thereafter your employment will be transferred to the company.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
In this role you will act as the main point of contact for all supplier invoices, client billing related
matters and tasks. As well as providing assistance to the Accounting & Finance team in relation to accounting issues and reconciliations.

You will report directly to the Accounting & Finance Manager and regularly cooperate with various co-workes within the organization as well as suppliers and other external parties.
• Assume responsibility for maintaining all supplier accounts and processing of invoices with a high level of accuracy.
• Take responsibility for the full client billing process.
• Contribute towards the month end closing.
• Ensure that supplier and client transactions comply with company policies as well as procedure and legislative requirements.
• Responsibility for the daily updating and monthly reconciliation of the agency clearing spread sheet.
• Assist with general accounting, finance and reporting tasks as required.
• Co-operate closely with project control and act as a back-up for that function.
• Follow the companys Management System regarding policies, procedures and work instructions.

Kvalifikationer
The qualifications and experience requirements are the following:
• Approximately 2 years experience working in a similar role, preferably within an international project driven environment.
• Well developed administrative and data entry skills gained in an environment where a high level of meticulousness was a key success factor.
• Proven knowledge of basic accounting methods and practices is highly regarded.
• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Previous SAP experience is an advantage.
• Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish are required. Additional language skills are an advantage.

To perform well in this position you need to value the importance of accuracy and have an eye for detail. You need to be able to plan and organize your own work through excellent time-management skills and have the ability to work unsupervised and take own initiatives.
