We are building up a new finance organization. We look for a person who enjoys the challenge of being part of new functions and working within in a dynamic environment.
The company is situated in the south of Stockholm close to the underground.
Publiceringsdatum2008-11-28Dina arbetsuppgifterThe role is responsible for all aspects of bank accounting and payments; working closely with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams and interacts regularly with all departments within the company and other companies within the group. The jobholder is required to work independently, with drive and initiative.
Main Responsibilities:
• recording and reconciling all bank payments and receipts into the accounting system
• reconciling the various bank accounts (local and currency accounts), follow up and resolve reconciling items together with the Finance team, bank etc
• processing and controlling payments, payment runs from AP and manual payments
• month end closing of the books for bank
• ad hoc manual invoicing.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You are/have:
• previous accounting experience at a processing level and preferably bank accounting
• working knowledge of large accounting system
• attention to detail
• results and deadline driven
• team worker and able to work cross functionally
• good communication skills.
