As a member of the Nordics sales team, you will be responsible for expanding sales of Attachmate's product lines, in particular the Attachmate emulation products and the integration and security product line. This is to be achieved by developing, negotiating and closing complex technology-based solutions that address clients' business requirements. The main focus is on a number of (major) accounts in several segments.
You will develop new relationships and partnerships with important corporate and government accounts across the Nordic countries.
Most sales will be fulfilled indirectly through our channel partners (distributors, resellers), for some named accounts we will fulfill orders directly. As such, success in this position is measured by revenue and profit generation from named accounts.
This role is located in Attachmate's Stockholm office and reports into the Sales Director Benelux/Nordics based in The Netherlands.

Required Experience
• Preferably long term (min. 5 years) overall sales experience, preferably min. 2 years in a key account manager role.
• Proven new business sales experience in complex, high value enterprise software environment with the ability to find/create/progress/close new business.
• Experience with license compliance business is a plus.
• The ability to work credibly at all levels including board and operational levels.
• Self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision.
• A leverageable knowledge and network of partners and accounts, preferably in the high end of the Nordics market is an advantage but not a necessity.
• Experience in terminal emulation software functionality is preferred. Knowledge of integration and/or security is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English as well as the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Team player, with experience of matrix management, and the maturity to understand how to work with and motivate individuals who make up the virtual team.
• Ability to work with local partners in emulation and systems management area.
