Former Business Unit Networks Operations Strategy was built on Flow Efficiency, Transparency and Continuous Learning. To ensure continued customer focus and balance between resource- and flow efficiency Ericsson took this to the next step and as per July 1st divided BNET into two BU's; Business Units Radio (BURA) and Business Unit Cloud & IP (BUCI).

Going forward within BU Core & IP we are working according to the lean ways of working in cross-functional Business Management & Sales Support teams, one per region.

The reason we are doing this is to enable "Profitable Growth", our key challenge in Ericsson.

One key support function within BU Core & IP Business Mgmt & Sales Support is the Commercial Management team; Strategic Commercial Management & Tactical Commercial Management.

Our mission is to secure growth in new business (IP & Cloud) with selectively aggressive commercial offering and maximize profitable growth of existing business (without hurting growth of new areas).

Within Tactical Commercial Management we have a vacancy.

Job Summary

Act as an authority within Ericsson in the newly formed Business Unit Core and IP (BUCI) commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson
Partner with Regional Commercial Managers, accounts to define commercial strategies, support negotiations and take commercial decisions. Develop/enhance new Business Models and commercial strategies to enable future revenues and margins. Implement and embed Pricing Excellence in regions and BU.
Being part of BUCI regional cross functional sales team working according to LEAN ways of working.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Develop and maintain relationship with global commercial community, regional business management team
• Support Commercial customer negotiations
• Support Key Account Managers and Regional Commercial Management in defining Commercial Proposal Strategy
• Secure profitable sales
• Ensure compliance to BUCI commercial strategy
• Provide input to BUCI short-and long term commercial strategy with Commercial awareness
• Development and deployment of price/business models
• Drive commercial management excellence
• Implement & drive pricing excellence new ways of working (including One SW Model & One Price System) towards the Regions
• Analyze commercial trends and market dynamics with commercial focus
• Prepare and Present commercial trends and reports
• Advice, manage and guide commercial management functions
