Job description
You are part of the Global Sales department, working with the 3 rd Party Ecommerce Partnerships team to develop and manage our ever expanding partner portfolio. As a 3 rd Party Ecommerce Partnerships Administrator your key responsibilities are to provide all round administrative support to the 3 rd party Ecommerce Partnerships team and our partners such as ASOS and Nelly. You will be part of a small dynamic team and given the opportunity to be part of a fast paced high energy department with many future opportunities. Examples of your work tasks: coordinate and manage samples, create and optimise selling tools, track orders, prepare for partner meetings, manage critical path with internal buying and production teams, liaise and communicate with external partners.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Customer service experience in dealing with external vendors
Knowledge of Excel and ability to navigate spreadsheets
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: academic degree in business or economics
Meritorious: international experience with several languages spoken
To succeed in this role, you have good attention to detail and are able to work quickly, independently and multi task. You are highly organized and have the ability to take your own initiatives and manage your own time to meet set deadlines. You are comfortable in a coordinating position and since you will be working in close collaboration with other departments, we think that it is important that you are a team player and that you are open minded.
