hela Sverige We are now looking for coworkers that are interested in working with us at Xzakt Kundrelation. We are currently looking for three Winback Sales Agents. Your job will be to contact previous customers who have had a subscription withone of our clients and win them back.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Customer-oriented, flexible and structure
• a competitive team player
• Passionate about customer service and sales
• Has good social skills
• Has experience from sales and/or service, preferably customer service
• Enjoys talking on the phone and taking own initiatives
• Fluent in Danish and English in speech and writing
Tasks:
• Your daily job consists of contacting previous customers and winning them back.
• Have structure
• Work towards individual and group-based KPIs
• Help customers and guide them to the right solution that meets their needs
