This is a maternity leave position for 12 months starting on or about June 1, 2011 to June 31, 2012. You will be part of WABCOs Scania Customer team and will maintain customer's positive perception on WABCO's delivery performance even in times with stretched supply chain resources and ensure timely customer feedback to various WABCO teams.
In this position you are responsible for following areas:
• Drive business analysis
• Create monthly forecast (vehicle production, orders, sales, etc.)
• Support customer team (administration)
• Order handling
• EDI error messages handling
• Enable WABCO to provide logistic expertise and customer communication across all customer plants.
• Handling of logistical claims between WABCO and customer plants, incl. SAP handling and root cause corrective action.
• Provide direct customer feedback to various WABCO teams.
• Initiate cross value stream initiatives based on customer request.
• Analyze bottlenecks within the supply chain together with the customer and WABCO's value stream and report out on corrective actions
• Representation of Key Account team in group wide transfer projects in order to control the timeline in accordance with the customer requirements.

Qualifications
You have a university master degree in finance or equivalent and at least 3-5 years relevant experience from a similar position. As a person you have a structured approach, are analytical, accurate and determined. You have a commercial approach and a financial understanding. Since the job includes work and contact with both internal and external persons you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop and sustain solid working relations at all levels. You are fluent in both English and Swedish and you have great skills in Excel.
